Remove
olive oil packet and natural desiccant.

Add
1/2 cup (4 oz / 118 ml) of slightly warm water to the pouch and stir to create a soft dough. Press air from pouch; seal and massage for 2 minutes to blend.

Set Aside
for 10 minutes to rise.
POUR
1/2 of olive oil packet into the skillet.

Spoon
dough in oily skillet.
PRESS
into a 6" round and cover with lid.

Skillet-Bake
over low heat for 5 min or until pillowy and the bottom has browned. Then remove lid, drizzle remaining oil on top and flip to bake the other side 3-5 minutes or until golden & firm.

I have made this bread on a number of occasions when guiding customers outdoors, and this has always been a big hit. It has everything you need in the package, and the directions are foolproof. Very satisfying at the end of a long hike.
