"The best dehydrated breakfast I've ever tasted," says a self-proclaimed food snob with more than 15 years of experience testing camp meals. "It has real-egg texture and flavor, and the tangy salsa has chunks of tomatoes and just the right amount of kick." The egg-potato-cheese combo has long lasting fuel, so we didn't need an energy bar an hour after leaving camp.

frequently asked questions

What is Gluten Conscious?

Gluten Conscious is a term we use to describe a product that is prepared with gluten free ingredients; however, it is not prepared in a gluten-free environment. While we are careful to avoid cross-contamination, it is possible that trace amounts of gluten may be present due to the use of gluten in our facility.
How do I use the Boilable–Bag™ technique?

If carrying a frying pan isn't an option, then using our Boilable–Bag™ technique will do the trick. Fill your Boilable–Bag™ (purchase separately) with mix (pour in as a mix or mix in the bag), cinch with a tie or a clip and immerse in boiling water. Open and stir midway through. Remove when done. Recycle with a hot cuppa Joe!

Great flavor! Makes a large amount of delicious egg/potato omelette. Amount of egg/potato omelette was so much that it stuffed two tortillas. I'm a big guy (6ft/200+lbs) and it was all I could do to eat it all, but it was too good to stop. Had to rest to settle breakfast before I could continue hike.

"The best dehydrated breakfast I've ever tasted," says a self-proclaimed food snob with more than 15 years of experience testing camp meals.
